according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that its Voting Rights in
E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406, have fallen below the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 02, 2007 and now amount to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

On June 04, 2008, E.ON Sechzehnte Verwaltungs GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that its
Voting Rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 02, 2007 and now amount
to 4.269% (this corresponds to 28472194 Voting Rights).

For information purposes only, on June 04, 2008, E.ON AG notifies that its
Voting rights in own shares of E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007614406, without exceeding or falling below a limit of the Voting
Rights according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, amounts to 6.669%
(this corresponds to 44487128 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 4.269% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 28472194 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company
from E.ON Sechzehnte Verwaltungs GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany.
