to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz SE, Munich,
Germany have exceeded the 3% threshold on May 28, 2008 and now amount to
3.27% (14796553 shares). 0.41% (1836059 shares) hereof are attributed to
UBS AG persuant to article 22, section 1, No. 1.
