Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Bilfinger Berger AG, Mannheim, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005909006, WKN:
590900, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 03,
2008 and now amount to 2.21% (this corresponds to 820930 Voting Rights).
