notification on January 15 2008, his percentage of the voting rights in
Sektkellerei Schloss Wachenheim AG, Trier, Germany, ISIN: DE0007229007,
German securities identification number WKN: 722900, did not exceed the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% on January 15, 2008.
70.20% of these voting rights (equivalent to 5,559,840 voting rights) in
