ESTAVIS AG Expands its Capacities for Apartment Sales

ESTAVIS AG / Miscellaneous

Release of a Corporate News, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory
AG.

Berlin, July 1, 2008 – ESTAVIS AG (ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) signed exclusive
sales contracts with two of Germany’s leading sales organisations for
apartment sales. The step is designed to expand the company’s existing
sales capacities in this segment, and to do so on a major scale. In 2007,
these two sales organisations retailed more than 1,000 apartments to
private investors.

The exclusive collaboration will enable ESTAVIS to substantially expand the
basis for dynamic growth in the area of apartment retailing to private
investors. Even today, with about 850 apartments retailed in the concluded
2007/2008 financial year alone, ESTAVIS Group counts among the leading
providers in this market segment in Germany. Having said this, it needs to
be remembered that B&V Group joined the consolidation area of the ESTAVIS
Group as recently as November 1, 2007.

During the coming financial years, ESTAVIS expects a major increase in
sales volume. In this context, the company will benefit in particular from
the high interest of private investors in custom solutions for real
estate-based pension schemes ('property pension plan') and in lavishly
redeveloped historic real estate with attractive tax depreciation options.

Rainer Schorr, CEO of ESTAVIS, elaborated: 'We expect that the
homeownership will gain increasing importance as capital investment and as
pension provision. The drastic expansion of our sales capacities has helped
us to position ourselves in the most favourable way to meet the growing
demand for apartments.'
