Travel24.com AG redeems € 2.15m loan in shares

Travel24.com AG has now initiated the compulsory conversion of the 2003 /
2008 convertible loan. The bondholders will be issued 117,273 shares in
exchange for an amount due under the convertible bond of € 2.15m.
Travel24.com AG’s balance sheet will see a reduction by € 2.15m in its
liabilities while its subscribed capital will increase by € 117,273 to €
1,733,018. Following a pleasing business development in 2008, Travel24.com
AG has thus implemented yet another milestone towards the improvement of
its balance sheet structure.
