has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, have fallen below the 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2008 and now amount to 4.47% (this
corresponds to 1828414 Voting Rights).

This voting rights notification has been made against the background of
