Munich, 18 July 2008 - The Company announces that Management and
Supervisory Board will suggest a simplified decrease in share capital
pursuant to §§ 229 ss. AktG and a reverse split at a ratio of 8:1 at the
Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on August 29, 2008, so as to
offset losses. This measure is aimed at supporting the on-going
restructuring the company.
