Frankfurt/Main, 25 July 2008 Günter Spahn, chairman of Amadeus FiRe’s
Management Board and co-founder of the company will retire on 31 December
2008.
Mr. Spahn will continue to be available for the company in an advisory
capacity. His successor will be Peter Haas. Mr. Haas is a member of the
Management Board and CFO of the company since 1999.
Mr. von Below, Amadeus FiRe’s chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked
Mr. Spahn for his dedication and cooperation in the past years.
