We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 09
Mai 2008 the voting interest of Nerine International Holdings Limited in
CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA, Westfalendamm 9, 44141
Dortmund, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3 % an 5 % and on that date
amounted to 7,77 % (equivalent to 500.000 shares with voting rights).

7,77 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 500.000 shares with voting
rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 of the WpHG.

Voting rights are attributed to us by the following controlled entities.
