Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Ahlers AG, Herford, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005009708, WKN: 500970, have exceeded the 75% limit of the Voting Rights
on July 30, 2008 and now amount to 75.10% (this corresponds to 6008072
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 75.09%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6007572 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from WTW-Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
