Munich, 29 August 2008 - Management and Supervisory Board decided to
withdraw the voting proposals to points 8 and 9 (reduction of equity) and
10 (sale of parts of the corporate assets) from the agenda during the
Annual General Meeting on 29 August 2008. As a consequence, no decision was
taken on these.
