Ratingen (Germany), 11 September 2008 – After the successful completion of
a pilot, InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the leading
international providers of solutions for enterprise-wide workforce
management, received the commitment to move forward with deployment from an
international financial services provider. The project is valued in excess
of a million US dollars. More than 2,000 service center agents working at
six globally located sites will be scheduled efficiently on a local basis
with the support of the workforce management solution InVision Enterprise
WFM. The ordering party expects to achieve an improvement of its customer
service by optimizing the employees’ planning process and aims to benefit
from the reduction of over- and understaffing as well as from the increase
in service level fulfilment which is crucial for its business.
The selection process included an extensive evaluation of available
workforce management systems corresponding to the client’s requirements.
Vital for the decision in favour of InVision’s software solution was the
successful completion of a pilot implementation at a service center
engaging 100 agents. In the course of this pilot, performance,
functionality and the feature portfolio of the solution were under close
scrutiny. The obtained results proved the solution eminently powerful in
calculating optimized staff schedules according to the company’s needs.
