The Supervisory Board of COLEXON Energy AG and the CFO, Dr. Volker
Wingefeld, have agreed to negotiate about a short-term cancellation of his
Board assignment. Details and timing of the cancellation as well as a
potential successor are not known yet. This amicable decision is based on
personal reasons as well as different opinions on the future strategy and
orientation of the company in view of the aspired growth of COLEXON Energy
AG in the coming years.
