threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft,
Bochum, Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 4.01 % of the voting rights in
GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft arising from 7,385,892 voting rights. UBS AG
directly holds 3.56 % of the votings rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft
(6,552,503 voting rights), 0.45 % of the voting rights in GEA Group
