On September 26, 2008, Lansdowne Partners Limited, London, United Kingdom
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005552004, WKN: 555200, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 24, 2008 and now amount to 3.01% (this corresponds to 36350089
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6, and sentences 2 and
3 of the WpHG, 3.01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 36350089
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
