On September 26, 2008, UBS AG, Zuerich, Switzerland informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via selling of shares its voting
rights in Hannover Rueckversicherung AG, Hannover, Germany, ISIN:
DE0008402215, WKN: 840221 fell below the 3% limit of the voting rights on
September 22, 2008 and amounted to 0.26% at that time; this corresponded to
310,014 voting rights. Thereof, according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 63,287 voting rights (0.05%) were attributed
to the company.
