Berlin, October 1, 2008: CR Capital Real Estate AG announces its listing in
the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today. A total of 15
million shares of CR Capital Real Estate AG with a share capital of EUR
1.00 were listed. The first price was fixed at EUR 1.05. The corresponding
market capitalization was close to EUR 15.75 million. The listing was
attended by Close Brothers Seydler AG.

Investments in High-Grade Real Properties in Greater Berlin: Preserving
Tradition & Creating New Values
The business model of CR Capital Real Estate AG essentially comprises the
purchase, refurbishment and modernization as well as the subsequent resale
of high-grade real estates (both for residential and commercial purposes)
in Greater Berlin. Thanks to the experience we have gained from approx.
3,000 flat modernizations and renovation projects of old buildings, new
values can be created with development activities. At the same time we also
preserve existing traditions of historical buildings. Moreover, scalable
rental income is generated by properties included in the portfolio. In the
medium term, CR Capital Real Estate seeks to acquire the REIT status.

Comparable European Capitals with Higher Real Estate Price Level
'Our detailed knowledge of the market together with our successful track
record of long years of modernization as well as refurbishment of
properties enables to assess sustainable value. The rental and purchase
prices of properties in top locations in Greater Berlin were lower than the
real estate price level of other European cities. We anticipate price rises
especially in the real estate up-market of Berlin', states Niklas
Helmreich, Executive Board member of CR Capital Real Estate AG.
