notified us on 02. October 2008:

'We herewith notify you according to sec. 21 I German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG) that Lincoln Vale European Partners Master Fund, LP's share of
voting rights of Arques Industries AG has passed the thresholds of 3% and
5% on 16. September 2008 and on this very day amounts to 5.29% (1,398,067
voting rights).

Thereof Lincoln Vale European Partners Master Fund, LP holds 1.65% (436,000
voting rights) directly. Another 3.64% (962,067 voting rights) are
attributed to us according to sec 22 II German Securities Trading Act.'
