Pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, I hereby notify you that on 8 October
2008 my share in the voting rights in XING AG has fallen short of the
threshold of 3%, and reached 2.66% of the voting rights on such date.

Of these 2.66% (138,194 voting rights), 100% are attributed to me according
to Sec. 22 para. 1 no. 6 WpHG.:
