Deutsche Börse AG: Mr. Kurt Viermetz has resigned today from his office as
a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG effective as of the
end of 8 December 2008. Thereupon his membership in the Supervisory Board
and at the same time his office as chairman of the Supervisory Board will
terminate as of the end of the date when the next ordinary Supervisory
Board meeting of Deutsche Börse AG will take place.
