threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft,
Bochum, Germany. On that date, BlackRock, Inc. held 2.66 % of the voting
rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,890,340 voting
rights. All voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft were attributed
