On October 24, 2008 , Mr Cristofor-Guillem Henn, Spanien has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that his Voting Rights on
Travel24.com AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JRWD1, WKN: A0JRWD,
have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October 14, 2008
and on that day amount to 4.68% (this corresponds to 81274 Voting Rights).

Of these voting rights, 4,68% (81274 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Mr. Henn pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG from VEM
Aktienbank AG which holds 3% or more in Travel24.com AG.
