HCI Capital AG arising from 703,668 voting rights.

Company, Boston, USA, fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights
in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management &
Research Company held 2.93% of the voting rights in HCI Capital AG, arising
