On November 11, 2008 , Mr Andreas Beyer, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Travel24.com AG, München, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JRWD1, WKN: A0JRWD, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on November 06, 2008 and
now amount to 8.76% (this corresponds to 152000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 and Section 3 of the
WpHG, 8.76% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 152000 Voting Rights)
is to be attributed to Mr Beyer from RubesCo Capital GmbH which holds 3% or
more in Travel24.com AG.
