We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 27
June 2007 the voting interest of TCM and Company LLC, New York, USA in XING
AG, Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3%, and reached 3.16%
(164,337 voting rights) on such date.

3.16% of the voting rights (164,337 voting rights), are attributed to us in
accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG.
