Kairos Investment Management SpA, Mailand, Italien, hat uns mit Schreiben
vom 21. November 2008 folgendes mitgeteilt:

We hereby give notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
19th November 2008, that the aggregate voting interest of KIM SpA in MTU
Aero Engines Holding AG, Munich, Germany, went below the threshold of 3%
and amounts to 2.88% (1,499,621 shares) of the voting rights on that day.
These voting rights are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para
1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
