Vossloh announces dividend increase and superdividend

For fiscal 2008, Vossloh AG’s Executive and Supervisory Boards—subject to
the approval of the annual accounts for fiscal 2008—will propose to the AGM
a dividend increase from €1.70 to €2.00 per share of eligible stock.
Additionally, a one-off superdividend of €1.00 will be proposed for
distribution, thus allowing stockholders to share in the gain from the sale
of the Infrastructure Services business unit.
