On December 08, 2008 , Mr Cristofor-Guillem Henn, Spanien has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Travel24.com AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JRWD1, WKN:
A0JRWD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 08,
2008 and on that day amount to 1.79% (this corresponds to 32512 Voting
Rights).

Of these voting rights, 1,79% (32512 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Mr. Cristofor-Guillem Henn pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG
from VEM Aktienbank AG.
