We hereby announce that we have received the following notification
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG from Fidelity International, Tadworth,
United Kingdom:
In the name and on behalf of FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda we hereby
notify you pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 05 December 2008 FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Xing AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that
date, FIL Limited held 3.18% of the voting rights in Xing AG arising from
165,330 voting rights.
All voting rights in Xing AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
