WpHG that on 4 December 2008 our percentage holding of the voting rights in
InVision Software AG, Halskestrasse 38, 40880 Ratingen, Germany, crossed
above the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.018% in relation to the total
number of voting rights of the issuer (this corresponds to 112,156 voting
rights of a total of 2,235,000 voting rights).
