Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG

On December 15, 2008, Mr Guenther Mueller, Germany, has informed us
according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that on December 4, 2008, his
Voting Rights on InVision Software AG, Halskestrasse 38, 40880 Ratingen,
Germany, crossed above the threshold of 10% and amounted to 11.405% in
relation to the total number of Voting Rights of the issuer (this
corresponds to 254,903 Voting Rights of a total of 2,235,000 Voting
Rights).

5.018% of these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 112,156 Voting Rights of
a total of 2,235,000 Voting Rights) are held by ASC telecom AG, Hoesbach,
Germany, and are attributable to Mr Guenther Mueller, Germany, according to
