QSC wins congstar as a further wholesale partner

Cologne, December 18, 2008. Cologne-based QSC AG, a nationwide
telecommunications provider with its own DSL network, has signed an
agreement with congstar GmbH, of Cologne, to market combined voice/data
connections on the basis of ADSL2+ technology. QSC will provide congstar
with the complete network services – ADSL2+ upstream product, including
VoIP service – via highly scalable automated order interfaces.
Confidentiality has been agreed regarding the further details of the
agreement.
