Dear Sirs,

In accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG, we hereby notify you that on 27
November 2008 Renewagy A/S, Virum, Denmark, exceeded the 20 %- (twenty per
cent) and the 25 %- (twenty-five per cent) thresholds and on that date held
26.13 % (twenty-six point one three per cent) of the voting rights (i.e.
1,336,415 shares of a total of 5,115,000 shares with voting rights) in
COLEXON Energy AG.

Renewagy A/S was attributed 6.70 % (i.e. 342,705 shares with voting rights)
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
COLEXON Energy AG are to be attributed to us:
