 CEO Niklas Helmreich resigned position on Board of Directors at
year-end 2008 for personal reasons
 CFO Thomas Ehrich provisionally to act as sole member of the Board
of Directors

Berlin, 02 January 2009: CR Capital Real Estate AG (SCN: A0WMQ5; ISIN:
DE000A0WMQ53) today announced that its CEO Niklas Helmreich has left the
company for personal reasons at the end of the year 2008. Chief Financial
Officer Thomas Ehrich will provisionally take on Mr. Helmreich's
responsibilities as the sole member of the Board of Directors.
The Supervisory Board has complied with Helmreich's request to relieve him
from office prematurely and thanks him for his work. Helmreich had built
the company up since its founding and initiated its listing on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
