Schreiben vom 23. Dezember 2008 die folgenden Mitteilungen gemacht:

'In the name of and on behalf of FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda we hereby
notify you pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 22 December 2008 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG, Carl-Reiss-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim,
Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.70% of the voting rights in
Bilfinger Berger AG arising from 1,003,428 voting rights.
All voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG were attributed to FIL Limited
pursuant to section 22(1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

In the name of and on behalf of FIL Investment Management Limited,
Hildenborough, United Kingdom we hereby notify you pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG of the following:
On 22 December 2008 FIL Investment Management Limited fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG,
Carl-Reiss-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany. On that date, FIL Investment
Management Limited held 2.70% of the voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG
arising from 1,003,428 voting rights.
All voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited pursuant to section 22(1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.

Hildenborough, United Kingdom we hereby notify you pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG of the following:
On 22 December 2008 FIL Investments International fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG,
Carl-Reiss-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany. On that date, FIL
Investments International held 2.67% of the voting rights in Bilfinger
Berger AG arising from 994,828 voting rights.
All voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to section 22(1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
