1. Süss SCS, Strassen, Luxembourg, have notified us on January 07, 2009,
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its
   percentage of voting rights of SUSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   exceeded the 3 % and 5 % thresholds on December 31, 2008 and amounts to
   7.53 % (Amount of Shares: 1,281,000) as per this date.

2. Falcivest, SCS, Strassen, Luxembourg, have notified us on January 07,
   2009, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
   its percentage of voting rights of SUSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   exceeded the 3 % threshold on December 31, 2008 and amounts to 3.04 %
   (Amount of Shares: 518,194) as per this date.

3. Falcivest, SCS, Strassen, Luxembourg, have notified us on January 07,
   2009, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
   its percentage of voting rights of SUSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   fell below the 3 % threshold on January 02, 2009 and amounts to 2,99 %
   (Amount of Shares: 508,194) as per this date.

4. Terramater (Stichting), Amsterdam, Netherlands, have notified us on
   January 07, 2009, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities
   Trading Act) that its percentage of voting rights of SUSS MicroTec AG,
   Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3 %, 5 % and 10 % thresholds on December
   31, 2008 and amounts to 10.57 % (Amount of Shares: 1,799,194) as per this
   date. Of these voting rights, 10.57 % (1,799,194 voting rights) are to be
   attributed to Terramater (Stichting) pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
   no. 1 of the WpHG.
   Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3 % each or more in
   SUSS MicroTec AG are to be attributed to Terramater (Stichting):

   · Falcivest, SCS, Strassen, Luxembourg

5. Crest Capital S.A., Strassen, Luxembourg, have notified us on January
   07, 2009, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)
   that its percentage of voting rights of SUSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
   Germany, exceeded the 3 %, 5 % and 10 % thresholds on December 31, 2008 and
   amounts to 10.57 % (Amount of Shares: 1,799,194) as per this date. Of these
   voting rights, 10.57 % (1,799,194 voting rights) are to be attributed to
   Crest Capital S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
   Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3 % each or more in
   SUSS MicroTec AG are to be attributed to Crest Capital S.A.:
