Hereby we give notice that the Notifying Party has exceeded the threshold
of 5 percent of the voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG, Darmstädter
Landstrasse 116, 60598 Frankfurt am Main, Germany on 8th of June 2007
(based on transfer of ownership).
On 8th of June 2007 the Notifying Party held 5.77 percent of the voting
rights (300,088 votes).
These voting rights are attributed to the Notifying Party pursuant to § 22
Para. 1 S. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, whereby more than 3 percent of the voting
rights were held by MFS International New Discovery Fund.
