pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, from Mr William Fu Wie Liao, Switzerland:

On 22 December 2008 Mr William Fu Wie Liao, Switzerland, fell below the
thresholds of 5 % and 3 % of the voting rights in XING AG, Hamburg,
