Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN:
720190, exceeded the threshold of 3 % on February 4, 2009 and amounts to
3.008 % (117,410 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 2.96 % (115,540 voting rights) are held by DAH
