ARQUES Industries and AURELIUS suspend collaboration talks
Starnberg/Munich, February 5, 2009 – ARQUES Industries AG, AURELIUS AG and
its consortium partners have held talks about a possible merger of their
activities in recent months. Despite the very constructive course of the
talks, both companies now have jointly decided to transitionally suspend
them. Both companies reserve the right to continue talks at a later time
again. As a shareholder AURELIUS will continue to constructively accompany
ARQUES.
