has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0KF6M8, WKN: A0KF6M, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on February 02, 2009 and now amount to 2.61% (this corresponds to
167,000 Voting Rights).
