WpHG Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has informed us that
Oppenheimer Funds, Centennial, CO, USA, has reached and fallen below the
threshold of 3% of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on February 4, 2009.
Oppenheimer Funds holds 2.92 % of the voting rights (1,519.539 shares).

In addition, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Springfield, MA,
USA, has informed us that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has
reached and fallen below the threshold of 3% on February 4, 2009.
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company holds 2,92 % of the voting
rights (1,519.539 shares).
2.92% of the voting rights (1,519.539 shares) are attributable to it
through its subsidiary Oppenheimer Funds in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG.
