In a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Flughafen Wien AG on 20 February
2009, Ernest Gabmann was appointed to the Management Board of the company.
He will be responsible for the areas of business that were previously
assigned to Christian Domany in accordance with the rules of procedure for
this corporate body. The term of office for Mr. Gabmann on the Management
Board will begin on 1 March 2009 and end on 30 September 2009.

The Supervisory Board and Christian Domany have mutually agreed to end his
term of office on 28 February 2009. Mr. Domany will be available to assist
the company for a transition period up to 30 September 2009.

The Supervisory Board has engaged a personnel consulting agency to develop
a set of recommendations by 20 March 2009, which will cover the appointment
of three members to the Management Board based on the previous distribution
of duties. The terms of office for the new appointments will extend from 1
October 2009 to 30 September 2014. Moreover, the Supervisory Board has
indicated that it will decide on these recommendations at its meeting on 25
March 2009.
