Lincoln Vale European Partners Master Fund, L.P., George Town, Cayman
Islands, teilte uns am 24. Februar 2009 mit:

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on February
4th, 2009, the voting interest of Lincoln Vale European Partners Master
Fund, L.P. in ARQUES Industries AG fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3%
and amounted to 1.65% (435,546 voting rights).

All these voting rights are attributed to Lincoln Vale European Partners GP
LLC according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG over its subsidiary
Lincoln Vale European Partners Master Fund, L.P.
