On February 26, 2009, Mr Daniel Hopp, Germany has informed us according to
article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN:
720190 have exceeded the threshold of 5 % on February 24, 2009 and amounts
to 5.267 % (205,602 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 5.219 % (203,732 voting rights) are held by DAH
