WILEX AG: Publication according to Section 26 paragraph 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Stimmrechtsmitteilung nach § 26 Abs. 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz
- WpHG) for Europe-wide distribution:

1. UCB Pharma S.A., Brussels, Belgium, informed us on 03 March 2009
   according to Section 21 paragraph 1 of the Securities Trading Act
   ('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz', WpHG), that their voting interest in WILEX AG,
   Grillparzerstr. 10, 81675 Munich, Germany (WKN 661472, ISIN DE0006614720
   respectively) has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% and amounted to
   13.19% (1,818,181 voting rights) on 26 February 2009. All 1,818,181 voting
   rights and the underlying shares are directly held by UCB Pharma S.A.

2. UCB S.A., Brussels, Belgium, informed us on 03 March 2009 according to
   Section 21 paragraph 1 of the Securities Trading Act
   ('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz', WpHG), that their voting interest in WILEX AG,
   Grillparzerstr. 10, 81675 Munich, Germany (WKN 661472, ISIN DE0006614720
   respectively) has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% and amounted to
   13.19% (1,818,181 voting rights) on 26 February 2009. All 1,818,181 voting
   rights were attributed to UCB S.A. according to Section 22 paragraph 1
   sentence 1 no. 1 of the Securities Trading Act ('Wertpapierhandels-gesetz',
   WpHG) by UCB Pharma S.A.

3. Financière de Tubize S.A., Brussels, Belgium, informed us on 03 March
   2009 according to Section 21 paragraph 1 of the Securities Trading Act
   ('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz', WpHG), that their voting interest in WILEX AG,
   Grillparzerstr. 10, 81675 Munich, Germany (WKN 661472, ISIN DE0006614720
   respectively) has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% and amounted to
   13.19% (1,818,181 voting rights) on 26 February 2009. All 1,818,181 voting
   rights were attributed to Financière de Tubize S.A. according to Section 22
   paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the Securities Trading Act
   ('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz', WpHG) by UCB S.A. and UCB Pharma S.A.
