Hamburg, March 9, 2009: COLEXON Energy AG increased the number of members
of its supervisory board by three up to six members.

Dr. Eric Veulliet, Dr. Carl Graf Hardenberg and Dr. Peter Dill were
appointed to members of COLEXON's Supervisory Board by the Hamburg Mitte
register court. The increase in the Supervisory Board was already resolved
at the Supervisory Board meeting on October 17, 2008. The constituting
meeting of the Supervisory Board will take place in mid-March.

In taking this step, the company intends to further increase the competence
and the effectiveness of its supervisory body. 'The expansion of our
Supervisory Board is an important step in securing our sustainable and
constant growth. By signing the Corporate Governance Declaration, we
recognize strict rules for corporate management and supervision. At
COLEXON, responsible corporate governance also means adding competent new
members to its internal supervisory body and heightening efficiency in the
cooperation between the Managing and Supervisory Boards', explained CEO
Thorsten Preugschas.
