that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has fallen below the
threshold of 3% on March 5, 2009. Templeton Investment Counsel LLC holds
2.99% of the voting rights (1,557,391 shares).
All these voting rights are attributable to Templeton Investment Counsel
LLC in accordance with Article 22, Para. 1, Sent. 1, No. 6 WpHG.
