Centre médico-chirurgical des Eaux-Vives SA becomes a 100% subsidiary
CMEV, Centre médico-chirurgical des Eaux-Vives SA, which also operates
Geneva's first private radio-oncology centre, becomes a 100% subsidiary of
Genolier Swiss Medical Network, as already announced in November 2007 with
the signing of the letter of intent. This acquisition is financed through
the issue of 560,000 GSMN shares from the authorised capital. The Centre
medico-chirurgical des Eaux-Vives SA will be consolidated with GSMN from
today.
